Bempton Cliffs

This visit was too late in the season to see birds such as Guillemot and Razorbill, which had already left the cliffs.  Gannets take longer to mature and plenty of well grown chicks were on the nesting ledges.
Apparently there are 18,000 pairs breeding at the site and this is increasing!

I did not spend much time trying to photograph other species during my visit but a couple are below.
